U.S.A. Storm, Sandy.

I am sure the forum has members on the East Coast of the U.S.A, where the Storm Sandy had created such devastating destruction.

I am sure all we U.K. Forum members will wish you came through it unharmed, and that you receive all the help you need to get yourselves back to a normal way of life.
Our sympathies are with you, having followed the trail of destruction, this Storm has caused.

Hmmm sadly it would appear in some areas charity does not begin at home.

As they say Tony, “What goes around, comes around”, a disgrace to the human race, I wouldn’t like to be in his shoes, as I bet he will be “Got at”

Thanks for your concern and your good wishes. I am from Nova Scotia and we just had a lot of rain. Thank God. A couple of years ago however we weren’t so lucky , a storm took out
our whole sea wall. It cost over $10,000.00 to fix. We are keeping our fingers crossed that
We will escape any distructive storms this year.

That is so,so sad, I hope that “proud” homeowner can live with himself, I would hope that the majority would try to save animals in difficulty, giving sanctuary to a young mum with children is something I would have thought would be automatic.

It’s very sad to see people suffering, not just in the USA but also in Caribbean (often much forgotten)
However, what has really annoyed me is how all our news has focused on is the US election.

Little more to be said other than to wholly endorse that sentiment.:(
