UpDate- de Havilland Mosquito NF11 Engine Runs

de Havilland Mosquito NF.11 HJ711 – Up date for First Engine runs scheduled for the end of June
There’s been a lot of pressure to get the Merlin engines running on this unique aircraft but as anyone who has worked in aircraft restoration know they can throw all sorts of unforeseen problems up at you and this restoration is no different, Tony and his team are working very hard to make the first engine runs possible .
Potential engine runs which were scheduled for the end of June are unlikely to take place. This is because parts that are required for the starboard engine are not available, so there is no other alternative but to have the parts machined.
All further information relating to first engine runs will be advised at a later date by Tony Agar the aircrafts owner and will be posted Mosquito web site http://www.mossie.org -Forum
Message posted ob behalf of Tony Agar.

Also a web pagefor this project is currently under construction

Saber25. I would love to see one added to the BBMF.Now that would have been a sight to see during the recent flypast up to Buck Palace.
