As for Katie. I too remember her before the boobs and cod lips.
She was indeed a very beautiful girl.
Her face still is, even with the lips.
However, the plastic up front isn’t to my tastes.

I used to maintain a 182 with “honey lingers” painted on the cowls
I also used to look after a 172 that had a star painted over a tern on the pax door by the owner where his misses used to sit..

Tibenham is vast, almost full WW2 size. Three tarmac runways. Only seven or eight miles from Old Buck
But it’s the home of a gliding club and we power chaps are just cash cows. But they are really nice guys (apart from the occasional tug pilot)
