WW2 RN logbooks

Hello all,

I’m just trying a bit of family history research, I’ve been looking to see if Royal Navy logbooks from the second world war are available for study somewhere, wondered if anyone knew about the subject?

Possibly, but ADM 53 series at the National Archive should have the logs up to during and after WW2.

Try the Royal Navy Museum, at Portsmouth. If they can’t help. they may be able to point you in the right direction.
