Joke Bolt chart

I used to have above my desk (Early 90’s at BAe), a correctly drawn (In a Design office) drawing of “Special Order Bolts”.
It had things like: –
Hamerhead Bolt (For holes that are drilled too small)
Binocular Bolt (For mismatched holes)
Inverted Countersunk Bolts (For holes countersunk on the wrong side)
Joggled Bolts (For holes that don’t line up)

There were perhaps a dozen of these, all highly amusing. Especially if you’ve ever done any Assembly work and can recognise all the needs for these “Specials”.
I would appreciate a copy now, if anybody has it. I Googled, but to no avail.

There is a few missing from that picture list.
Hammerhead bolt for a start. It was an ordinary Bolt with a big lump on top for “Tupping”.
Joggled bolt too, for holes drilled straight, then crooked then straight again.
