Glad you got things sorted out in the end scotty.
Those lumps of metal are pretty strong stuff and could do more
damage to the van:eek::)..cheers

That is indeed the self same jacks.. those two plus a nosegear jack….one of the main gear jacks fell apart in the back of my van actually…felt some movement stopped for a look and one of the support struts had seperated..the retaining bolts on them all were only finger tight!!..found the bolt and nut that fell out and refitted it!.. the jacks are now under BWWT in the Loganair hangar at GLA

A pity you had such a short visit.
I wonder if the jacks in question looked like these ones.
Taken last year at Saxon.
better luck next trip..:)http://70.38.64.76/e/1/25773abf-c6c1-4042-839d-3b47a7facf5d.JPG

Thanks guys
Keith didnt unfortunately have time to look around the various spots you locals frequent, just had to make do with what i got… was inside the Saxon Air hangar picking up the jacks for BWWT to take to Loganair at GLA there was a nice Norwegian chopper in the hangar (never got chance to shoot it tho! :confused:)

Seeing that Dornier, always reminds me of Suckling Airways.
