As part of my recent trip with Monarch Enthusiasts to Friedrichshafen we were shown around the Zeppelin hangar by a very enthusiastic airship captain, both D-LZZF and D-LZFN were inside for routine maintenance.
These airships carry 15 fare paying passengers on each trip (400 euros for a one hour sightseeing trip) and he assured us they are very busy during the summer.
Very difficult to get an overall photo in the hangar so I include a few images of various parts of the machines !
