I’ve got 4 forums on the go at moment (I know; GET A LIFE!) and this is by far, VERY far, the slowest. I’ve tried it with 3,2 and this on its own with no visible improvement in speed.
Very very slow.
It happens at login, at returning to home, at pickin a thread or starting a new thread.

I think it is something to do with Key forums and the way Sophos Security sees it / allows it.
Anybody else using Sophos Endpoint Security V9.5?
I am a member of a lot of Forums, and surf a lot and this particular Forum is “My” slowest. But hey, it’s liveable.
….and I sure aint changing Sophos!

Key has always run quickly for me – except when it goes down “for a few minutes” for maintenance. They are the longest minutes I know……;)

8 seconds to return to General Discuss.
8 seconds to post.
About 500 milliseconds to do all of those things here.

It is a nightmare in this third world country where I am. I pay the equivalent of 60 quid a month for a so called 128/64 connection which never downloads faster than about 15kbits/sec. And that is in the middle of the night. 😡
