It’s not been quite as busy as earlier in the month, but still a few interesting movements at Southend over the last week.
Sunday saw a visiting easyJet in nice evening light…

Monday saw a Brussels Airline Boeing 737-400, one of the last 3 737s in the Brussels Airlines fleet, arriving at Southend for end of lease maintenance, fortunately in full livery still. Nice an low which was good for my photo.

Wednesday saw a former Aegean Airlines RJ100 departing to Exeter (flying all the way at 8000 feet and with the gear down). Another 146 departing and will be sorely missed! This is this aircraft’s first flight in over 2 years. Heading eventually to Asian Express Airline of Tajikistan!

And finally, Friday brought another Brussels Airlines aircraft, this time an RJ100 for respray with Air Livery at PLC. Not quite so low on its visual approach!

Hope as always that these are of some interest!
