The Colt and I are back 🙂
Undertook the testing seven mile flight to Old Buck yesterday for the fly-in. (Though we took in Fersfield, Eye, Horham, Thorpe Abbotts, Shepherds Grove, Great Ashfield and Snetterton Heath on the way)
Amazing turnout of aircraft, we ate the place out of Mustang Burgers and many of the latecomers were reduced to Stearman Burgers as a substitute.
Took advantage of Lofty’s presence (He’s a professional photographer) to blag a few images of the Colt in action.

Yes of course, silly me. Still not enough, more please, I love those things.

Why not put some more pics of her on here?
I thought you’d never ask 😉
BTW in deference to the registration the aircraft is officially a ‘he’ rather than a ‘she’ 😀

Great pic Moggy. I’ll bet you thought all your birthdays had come at once when you got her back. Why not put some more pics of her on here? not enough flying milking stools around these days

Thanks guys.
The aircraft is 1/6th mine, shared with five other guys.
The tubes on the cowling are venturi that drive the gyro instruments.
r, the Colt went in for its STAR in early May and has been largely dismantled since then in the hands of the M3 engineers.
Chailey next 🙂
