New idea for an aviation forum to remember the Battle of Britain events & war films

Hi I have just joined because I am very interested in the history of the Battle of Britain and war movie’s as well. I find this forum very good and I would like to do a forum of it’s own commerated to all the brave men and women in the air-force during WW2. I haven’t just mentioned the RAF, because I think that American, Polish and possibly German forces should be included too (not all Luftwaffe pilot’s were Nazis).

I have been part of a website called The Tudors Fan Wiki which is good and includes proper Tudor history and how they used to live etc. But would it be good if we did a webpage like this one (showtime) but called it The WW2 Wiki or Battle of Britain Wiki? If anyone can come up with any other names, I am open to suggestion.

What I would like to do is ask you guys (and ladies) if you would like to help me create a page similar to this but instead of Tudor, it would be dedicated to The Battle of Britain and war movie’s: eg Great Escape, the Longest Day, 633 Squadron etc? I have included a link to this page to show you what I mean.

I think it’s very important to remember what happend and to show future generations of what life was really like?
