Northern Italy is still a place for some classy good looks. Must be beyond a certain age though, which I would put at late 20’s. Youngers seldom know how to carry themselves.
Moscow of course has its collection of superficially beautiful girls. Everybody’s coming here from all over the ex-USSR. However, classically good looking girls are rare. (Some are disturbingly tall, and I’m 6ft3 myself).
Argentina (Buenos Aires, that is) also has some nice looking women. Upper class, usually with a good drop of Italian and German blood. Less influenced by a strange Euro-Atlantic body image.

Speaking of trolley dollies – the average Emirates crew looks really cute, but they are from all over the world.
