Post the picture of your roof, Blue, and then the forum can offer its best advice to remedy the problem.;)

…and the state the shed roof, which I’ve been scrupulously turning a blind eye to for as long as possible! 🙁

It’s just another invasion of privacy..satellites should only be used for Military purposes in my opinion

Why didn’t you get steamed up with Google Maps and Google Earth? There you can see into your back garden as well as your front garden!;)

I quite agree Steve, though I did hope to embarrass Mr.Bee into taking some action by pointing out that even in darkest Peru the casual observer can see that our drive needs resurfacing.
It fell on deaf ears,as usual.

Parts of Kent and northern France were taken Spring/early Summer last year.

Mine was earlier than that!

I think the face/numberplate recognition “thingy” throws a wobbly sometimes. Part of my neighbours front wall is fuzzed out….nothing there but bricks. But the name on his van is quite legible.

I thought all the views were taken more recently than they obviously were as the Threshers shops in Amesbury and Bognor Regis are both open, company closed in early November ’09.

I’ve just Discovered the ‘streetview’ in google maps , theres some real oddities
In it in my Road
1 The street sign on the wall has been blurred out ???? why !

2 All the cars Numberplates except me and my neighbours car have been
blurred out ?? obviously our’s are not worth cloning , mines an 1982
Bedfordcf Campervan and next doors an ‘M’ reg Honda oldie thing 😡

3 my sister now has a very nice ‘Palm tree’ outside her house instead of
of a Telegraph pole …. what the hell’s that all about

It makes wonder what ‘ isn’t’ out there that should be , I know a lot
of poles have gone back but I didn’t realize they meant Telegraph
poles :):)

Is the master standard “Metre” still in a cellar under Paris?

It’s a length of bar, Nickel IIRC, about 4 inches diameter and exactly 1 metre long, measured by bouncin a laser off the moon for all I care. It remains the master in case we all lose the slaves.

I might if I knew how

go onto google maps…type in your address….then there should be a yellow man icon on the left of the map

drag that to where your house is..once it loads…copy the link in the adress bar..and post it on here 🙂

No i need to work in the proper stuff! The annoying thing is every calculation in AS level physics is in metres! So confusing trying to picture it as i have to try and convert it to feet etc, stupid european way of measuring things IMHO
