Art Clokey, creator and producer of the Gumby and Davey and Goliath stop motion animated cartoons, has died:

Both cartoon series often used off-the-shelf toys and models as props. In one Davey and Goliath episode set at an airport, a Dinky Toys Gloster Javelin can be seen landing and taxiing.
