Hi all,
Myself and fellow forum member EGNM had a wander up into the Dales today for a spot of snow photography. The weather was absolutely stunning all day with deep, clear blue skies and perfect crisp, gentle light making me a very happy photographer!
All taken with a Canon 350D and (apart from 2 or 3) a Sigma 10-20.

This shows just how big some of the drifts were!

This guy seems to have succumbed to the conditions and ended up somewhere he shouldn’t have been. He was actually quite lucky, the ground sloped off dramatically inches from where he finally came to rest!

Thanks for looking! 🙂
Paul
P.S. Thanks for a good day, Steve!

Nice photos. How do you post photos from your own computer? When I click on insert image it asks for a URL.
Thanks. 🙂
These are hosted on a site called Photobucket(.com). Essentially you upload the photo to there and once uploaded there are several link options underneath. One of them, if copied and pasted into a forum reply window will display the image as you see here. 🙂
