What is the procedure for reporting a member for sending unsolicited or objectionable personal messages? The member is now on my ignore list, but this type of behaviour from a new member will probably progress to spamming, so should be nipped in the bud early.

One such occurred today.
The messager was given a permanent ban, and most of the women on his Russian Brides site were dogs anyway.
