Computer help please

I had a pc some years ago that finally showed the ‘blue screen of death’ and there was nothing I could with it. In the end I bought a new one, threw the old one away but kept the hard drive as I had some valuable stuff on there I didn’t want to lose.

I have now bought a handy little lead that connects the old hard drive to my new pc via usb. Great!!! I can get all my old stuff back.

Then I thought I could use this old hard drive as an external storage device but this drive is divided into 3 sections.

My question is this. How do I get this hard drive un-divided so that all my stuff can go in one place?
