Thomsonfly ops at DSA

I’ve noticed that since DSA opened, there have been regular(almost daily) subcharters operated on behalf of Thomsonfly. I believe that G-CDZN was delivered late in May then couldn’t operate for a few days but even now B757s are regularly appearing along with Hola 733, Titan 733/757 etc. Are they short of a/c at certain times or is it poor tech despatch reliabiity of the based 733s??

The latter I would think. The B733s are ex. Buzz and are un-reliable and caused numorous problems with Ryanair when they had them. bmibaby also have a few ex. Buzz B733s and they have had many problems with them also.

I wouldn’t mind getting on a Titan B733 or B752 though! 😎

Basically the B737-300’s at the moment are very unreliable and seem to be tech every five minutes.
