Greetins from Crete

Hello I am now in Crete, the internet is cheap so want to make a trip report about my outbound flight.

Can’t remember the flight number.
We boarded on time, but had to wait long before we finally were pushed back and started up. I was very surprised to see a camera on the tv screens that shows us where we’re going on the ground:).
We taxied from A69 to runway 7R and smoothly took to the skies, seeing a nice sunrise. The weather was very nice, but the flight was quite bumpy. Food was ok. A movie was shown on the 3.15min flight didn4t listen to it. the flight was nearly completely full.
After the movie stopped, we could see the GPS again and saw our progress.
I was very surpruised when I saw Athens and the Olympic Village!
We flew over some other Greek Islands, and landed softly on runway 27.
After the spoilers came down, there was the stupid applause!!! :rolleyes: Another aircraft, Olympic 737-400 in Olympic games colors took off after we turned off. After that a 737 of Air One landed. Aircraft present were a few 737s of Air One, Swiss Sun, a Condor 757 and Transavia 737-800.
The baggage claim ara was crowded! Four belts available, two of them used with three on each deck :rolleyes:.
We are now in Amoudara, a town 5 km from Heraklion. We wanted to go to a football game for the olympic games in heraklion, but the last one was yesterday. We’ll try to see Knossos…
