As I live on the coast, this site is very interesting for me, seeing where all those ships you see passing on the horizon are going (always seems to be Teesport involved when they go past my neck of the woods!)
Sometimes I see ones going to Gent, Antwerp or Zeebrugge though, that is always nice to see 😀

Ha-ha, too late, they missed it, it is off Thailand now. But then I think they have pirates in the Far East as well, just not as well organized or armed.

Very useful for me – living next to the Göta Älv in Gothenburg – I can see when interesting vessels are about to come by, nip up the hill next door with my camera and get great photos – which are then posted on the Shipsandharbours.com web site (see Countries/Sweden).
