Tennis Prima Donnas

I’ve had the radio on today and they just seem to be obsessed with Mr Murray getting through to the US Finals.
Fine, good for him, a pity he didn’t show any enthusiasm for playing for his country in the GB Olympic team, he was pathetic, losing to a no hoper, but that wasn’t about money was it, the rewards weren’t great, just a poxy little medal that all those semi amateurs wreck their lifes to strive for, obviously in his case national pride was unimportant, and don’t give me all that rubbish about him being tired and unprepared, a few weeks on and the git is proving he’s amongst the best in the world, and that was what it was all about wasn’t it, he didn’t want to risk injury in order that he could go for it and become rich and famous, dishonest scumbag took someone elses place, makes you puke doesn’t it. Whether he loses or not, his name will be established, his world ranking will go up, as well as his earnings and he will be on Cloud 9 for life, all thanks to skiving at the Olympics, he should be ashamed of himself, but that bagful of notes will prove otherwise no doubt.
Do you know what, I watched the media circus last night of the charity football event of the UK v The Rest of The World. OK a bit of a joke and an excuse for ITV for a bit of total evenings free entertainment. But it was good fun, old pros with media/TV self promotist, it was very entertaining, done in good spirit yet very competative, and they didn’t want owt for doing it, it was all about charity and very genuine. My missus hates football, but everyone really tried and made a good example of themselves, she loved it, it was quite fascinating to watch people like Jamie Theakston throwing himself about in goal against former Italian/ Brazilian internationals, Craig David winning man of the match award, thats what sport should be all about, people trying their best without thinking about massive monetary award, I’m not suggesting that our sporting heroes should get nowt, look at pro footballers wages, it’s ridiculous, it doesn’t reflect real life.

When you see Tennis Players entering the Tennis court some of them are carryinging Two massive bags hanging from there shoulders ?? No wonder they can’t win anything there shoulders must be in a hell of a state carrying all that weight. Are both these bags required or is it just a stupid fad with some players ???:eek:
