workbench help

Hi,
I recently moved and im goin to convert the garage into a small workshop, yet i need a work bench or two. Any ideas where to buy one from or if i should make one (or if anyone can make one for me)

I have found plans on the interet so i might give building 1 or 2 a go, any ideas?
