Photobucket hits

Hi,
I use photobucket for nothing else but a media to get pictures onto forums like this.
When doing so, I copy the img data and paste it into a post, thus the picture is visible to a post reader.
So, if somebody looks at that picture in a forum, does that count as a hit in photobucket?
I have not told anybody that I have an account on PhotoB, but I’ve got monthly hits of 1,600!
…or is that normal from random searching by individuals?
