ARIK in the SUN

Having been here at Norwich, for the attention of KLM engineering, for several weeks this particular Arik 737 has been very camera shy ! each time it has been outside it has always been in a ‘non photographable’ position, unlike it’s stablemates 5N-MJA and 5N-MJE (which left for Lagos yesterday) which have been very ‘available’ ….. So it was nice to find it parked in a very accessable position with the sun shining on it ….. so I have tried getting a decent photo ??

What do you Think ??

Nice shots from the 140 end ,it looks like you were around the allotments end Keith,”whats in season”:):).You probably got this angle Iv’e added to your thread but thought it might be of interest anyway. As you can see I got the B.0 105 on a good day and chucked in this A319 taken passing Stansted and as I was checking on A/H***s.net I would have had a first as no one has clocked this at that site.… http://i1235.photobucket.com/albums/ff428/lordjohn1/IMG_9483.jpghttp://i1235.photobucket.com/albums/ff428/lordjohn1/IMG_9482.jpghttp://i1235.photobucket.com/albums/ff428/lordjohn1/IMG_9470.jpg P/s Hope you dont mind me adding these to the thread and nice shots by the way on the new post.

One of the nicer ‘modern’ liveries. Looks great on an A340.

That red looks a bit tired…

It’s not really red, it’s more of a claret colour.

Think West Ham or Aston Villa. 🙂

Number 2 is better. That red looks a bit tired, I think if you are using red, it should shout at you. The sun was there? 😀
