Mint Airways based in Madrid with services to Luxor, Aswan, Amman and Cairo. No scheduled route to London Heathrow. Two 757-220 – EC LHL and EC LBC.
They mainly operate for other airlines, like in this case. I think it’s flying the Freetown, Sierra Leone flight for BMI at the moment.

Newforest. I think you are getting confused ? the ‘white stuff’ on the ground is merely french chalk, we have to put it down to help the aircraft gain traction for braking in the almost tropical, and very humid, conditions we suffer here in East Anglia 😀

It was indeed a divert from LHR, operating on behalf of BD, or so I was told by my friend Mike (also an NWI spotter; he knows you!:D), but not sure exactly what route it was suppose to be serving.
