Had a few hours to kill yesterday before i started work and noticed that a canadian registered Cessna ( on a first Visit) was still in so i decided that i would go over and try to get it before it leaves, turns out there was more to come when an R.A.F VC10 Turned up too (Another Bonus) Believe it was one of the older ones, so a good few hours was had.
First up:
Getting a quick De-ice

flying off into the mist
usually leave this big old girl for last but the next three pics are the star of the day.

Nice Light (still very cold)

Rob the mist off the wings of tom was good but missed a cracking shot a second or two more where the fron half had disapered and all you could see was the wins and tail:rolleyes:
Dj thats what happens when you go shopping mate;):D the vc was a surprise
Rich the sound off her was amazing even after she was away a couple of mins you could still hear her in the distance, wot got me was the very short take off she was up and away by just after the farm house 😮 missed that shot right in front:rolleyes::o

Well done Rab,
Missed the Cessna 208 by 5 minutes, went to Braehead and the VC10 landed 30 mins earlier than i thought it would, so missed it completely!!!!
