Given the state our worlds in and the disasters that hit it everyday, a big question has been given to me today ,that i know a forum of world wide intelligent intellectuals such as is here ,would possibly be able to help me answer.
In the world of culinary delights, i know most of us from time to time have visited our local fish and chip shop,so if you ordered a FISH CAKE in your region ,what would you get?
I’m trying to find the true fish cake,in some areas its called a Pattie.
but which would you expect to get if you ordered a fish cake?

A. looks like a posh one,the sort of fish cake Rick Stein would serve up.
B. looks more like the one served at my local chippy.Bits of left-over fish,squished up with mashed potato,inside a crispy crumb coating.
