Hi Everyone, hope you are all ok this evening! I am due to travel to sanford next thursday (3rd) and last year i had to attend the police station because i did something wrong, however i was not arrested and just had an interview under caution and because i was 17 at the time i just recieved a final warning.As most of you guys are aware of the immagration issues in the usa, am i elligable to travel under the visa waiver program.I am just a bit anxious because it is so close and i dont want to be refused travel, everyone i have asked(work colleuges say that i will be ok) i have wrote to the US embassy a couple of months ago but they did not send any relevant information back! i hope someone here can help:confused:

I wouldn’t waste my time writing to the embassy just yet. Get on the phone to them. You can get hold of them on 0207 499 9000. If they tell you what you want to hear, then ask for it to be put in writing for you.
