People who can behave like this should be banged up, but with our prisons already operating to capacity, I’m sure the responsible youth will get off lightly, with a few hours of community service, or something equally as pointless. Surely, this is enough is deter him from attacking an old lady in the future…

There have been a few threads in a similar vain on here recently. That gives an indication as to this country. As for the theft from a grave, these pieces of **** have no respect for people who are living, let alone the deceased. There is a special area in a cemetery in Wolves that has seating where the families of the 3 girls who died can sit and contemplate. When visiting my Uncles grave I have seen family members picking up beer cans, bottles and even condoms. The groundsmen say they fight a losing battle and of course there is no council funds to employ a night watchman or even just an occasional patrol. 😡

These scum are diluting the Gene Pool at an alarming rate. I feel half the country should be forcibly sterilised to save mankind all turning into George Bush and Vicki Pollard.

I was paying my respects at someones grave in Newbury recently and looking at a few of the other headstones and memorials, I saw one of a baby who had died aged 7 months with a sign beside it asking that whoever was stealing the toys left at the grave to please leave them alone which was quite sickening.
I don’t honestly know if general standards of behaviour are getting worse but it certainly seems that way.

One that almost had me choking on my tea the other day was a story on the local news… Strathclyde Police were forced to pay £8000 in damages to a lady who sued because she was accidentally knocked to the ground by a police constable on foot, in hot pursuit of a fleeing criminal.

The presiding judge, said that A: The policeman was running too fast and that B: He should have stopped and made sure the lady was ok.

Fair enough to point B, but she was ably assisted by her husband and passers by. Point A is where I nearly choked ! Perhaps they could have asked the criminal to slow down a bit ?

I’m sure the poor lad didn’t mean anything by it.
I’m sure he was forced into a life of crime and drugs and it was just his way of getting bback at the role the church plays in our society.
