A typically negative view of the bull shark by the media.
The bull shark does NOT grow to 14ft, as the article states. Twelve feet, maximum, for a female (since the female of nearly all shark species is bigger than the male).
Also, as the Wiki article states, they are very territorial, so the boat was probably in an area where several bull sharks staked their territorial claims.
