has enyone been watching Space Season on UKTV DOCs.. absoloutly facinating… i can remember the BBC series THE PLANETS being on TV years ago. i forgotten how good it was… enyone who is interested in the final frontier.. watch it its brilliant.. or if your not you might find it interesting..

Space is big,you just wont believe how vastly hugely mind-bogglingly big it is.I mean you may think its a long way down the road to the chemists,but that’s just peanuts to space…….

oh yes its very big… just to show how big space is… light takes about 8 mins to reach us from the Sun, our nearest Star.. the next nearest star to us, light takes over 4 years to reach us.. our sun is about 93 million miles away by the way…
another strange fact… the Sun is 400 times bigger in size then our Moon, but our Moon is 400 times closer.. that is why they both look the same size to us… sorry im boring you now…. 😀 😀 😀

Actually studied Astronomy/Astrology, the one with the planets :p at college…as u can tell I didn’t learn a lot :rolleyes:
