Excellent shots CW. That said am I alone in thinking that the A380 is one of the ugliest aircraft ever?

Those shots are amazing , well done. Are the TCX titles on the 767 slightly undersized ?

The Boeing 747 is far better looking than the Hippo A380 imho..lol but we all have our likes and dislikes eh 😀

No you are not. It’s plug ugly. Big aircraft can look nice i.e. 747 and Airbus can make a nice looking aircraft i.e. A330. The A380 is ugly, not ruggedly ugly, just ugly. In my opinion, not wanting to cause a fight you understand:D

Thanks. No ladders needed Stu, just sturdy footwear.
Turn off Styal Rd at point 4 (long stay car park), bear right on to the dirt track at point 3, and you can park at point 2 as long as you keep clear of the crash gate and dont inpede the turning circle of the lorries. The badly drawn cross marks the photo point of the A380.
Today the police were out in force, but were happy enough to let us park. Ive parked further back along the track before today but always kept the road clear. You will get lorries trundling down as its an access road to the aggregate storage.

Well caught CW. Touchdown shot is spot on. I’m turning green with envy. Where were you to catch it – haven’t been to that spot, ladders needed or not.
Cheers
