US rapper Snoop Dogg has been arrested after a fracas at London’s Heathrow Airport that left seven police officers with minor injuries.
Police said 30 people were involved in a disturbance in a business lounge at Terminal 1 on Wednesday.
They were then told they could not board their flight and “became abusive and pushed officers”, police said.
The star, real name Calvin Broadus, and five other men were held on suspicion of violent disorder and affray.
The injured officers mainly suffered cuts and bruises, with one sustaining a fractured hand.
‘Abusive’
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “Police were called at 6pm last night to reports of a disturbance involving 30 people in a business lounge at Terminal 1.
“The party was told that they would not be permitted to board their flight and officers then attempted to direct the group to baggage reclaim.
“A number of the group became abusive and pushed officers.”
The six men, all US citizens, were taken into custody at two west London police stations.
Snoop Dogg and his entourage were due to travel to Johannesburg, South Africa.
He started his career in the early 1990s as a rapper and has since branched out into acting, starring in the remake of Starsky and Hutch.

Throw him in jail. After all the money and fame, he’s still no better than the drug dealer he was before. Disgusting behavior by him and his entourage. This is what happenes wth many celebrities, who get millions of dollars thrown at them , but didn’t have to work hard to earn it. they think they are above the law – even when they go out of the country.
If it wouldn’t be such a disrespect to you guys – I’d say leave them over there.

Sorry to go a bit off topic, but on the subject of celebs and vip`s i was on my way to LGW at 00.30 on the 25th April ( 2 days ago) and was passed on the M23 by 2 Silver Mercs, a Black Range Rover with blacked out windows and 2 further silver mercs, all travelling at over 100mph very tightly together, they came off the M23 straight into Gatwick, up towards the North Terminal, then left into the GA bit. Loads of heavys jumped out and surrounded the Range Rover and wisked someone into the GA area, must have been someone importatnt for that lot, anyone know what movements went out of the GA terminal at Gatwick, that early morning??

According to the BBC Radio Five, only a select few had first class tickets to get into the lounge…the rest of his entourage had cattle class tickets so couldnt get into the lounge…
Also his entourage of 30 was quite small…..when he did tea in the park last year…he had 90 helpers/hangers on
