Internet virus warning?

I got this email from a trusted source

“EMERGENCY!!! If pavlo_88@hotmail.com adds you to your MSN Contacts, DO NOT
(I repeat: DO NOT) add it because it’s a virus that takes all ur computer
details. PLEASE tell everybody on your contacts because if somebody on your
list accepts it then you get the virus too!(copy and paste this into a new
message because some people do not read forwards!) Don’t just forward it!”

Is it true or another BS warning?

May I add that you can check on this page if it is a joke (called a hoax), or not.

Never a bad idea just to Google the warning

It’s one of those again

Attention all of you people getting here from search engines and emails. I know you are there. Please leave a comment to say “Hi!” or something! Cheers!

I just got another one of those genius emails that are spreading vicious rumours about certain email addresses on MSN. In fact two arrived at pretty much the same time.

This time the hate mail was directed towards pavlo_88@hotmail.com who, just like Andrew Cenita, originates from the good old land of Oz and has probably just upset some girls (or boys) in her class who happen to know a few people who would willingly forward an email such as this.

Get a grip guys, if anyone sends me another one of these emails I will not be a happy bunny. Seriously guys, you don’t want me to send out another mass email calling you all idiots again do you?

Admittedly there was a virus going around on MSN a while back, but it only affected those stupid enough to accept stupidly named files like “me naked at last weeks party.jpg.exe” from people who haven’t mentioned such files. It doesn’t help that you run without any kind of antivirus.

This one is special though – it can magically take hold of your MSN and then send itself to everyone on your MSN contact list, without anyone even knowing. I wish to meet this virus writer, ‘cos he must be a real genius.

Don’t do it – everyone starts to disbelieve everything you say and you are actually participating in the spread of hate mail.

Update: Just a few seconds after i finished this post, I got yet another email about this, bringing the grand total I have recieved to 3.
