Armistice Day, 11th November

It’s that time of year again, when we in the UK gather to remember all those that have made the ultimate sacrifice to preserve our freedoms. Is anyhing similar happening in nations across the world?

I always find it very poignant, i’m sure we all do if we stop and think. So when 11am ticks over on friday, i’ll be stopping for a few minutes. Hope you will too.

If you haven’t got yourself a poppy yet, please buy one to support our veterans.

“They shall not grow old as we who are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
WE WILL REMEMBER THEM”

I’ll be remembering at 11am. If it wasn’t for these people making the ultimate sacrifice who knows were we would be?
