A BUDGET airline left hundreds of Scots passengers stranded after sending their only plane to bring Liverpool fans home from the Champions League final.

They may have been contractually obliged to do so by the owner of their aircraft.

Not really that much if:
1) You were a huge Liverpool fan
2) Your team would not reach the finals for another 21 years
But yes I do find it a bit much.

My boss was in Turkey for the match and he said most Liverpool fans were delayed. £2k for his flights from Dublin and Hotel and Ticket seems a bit much….
