I was going to upload all of these together once I’d taken some more today, but I figured it would take ages. So I’m gonna upload the ones from last night now while I’m sitting around, and then I’ll post the ones which I’m planning to take this afternoon, later. I think the vote for me to still attatch from photobucket won, but I’ve compressed these as much as possible so they shouldn’t take so long to load.
I think I’m improving, learning the ins and outs and limits of my equipment. Weather was crap last night (apart from the first hour) and so some are very borderline with the lighting. I’ll post the standard ones first, then my faves after.

Absolutely stunning work….the first time I’ve ever seen internal lighting through a cabin window from outside in daylight! How close can u get..Great stuff. 😉

Thanks very much everyone! As promised, here’s the ones from tonight. I specifically went up to see 5 that were due in, however in the time that I was there only 2 turned up 🙁 Here’s what i caught anyway…
You had departures yesterday, so thought I’d go for arrivals today…
Sorry about the bad sharpening on the 2nd Eastern J41 shot. The photo was so detailed that re-sizing it to 1024 pixels distorts the lines. Only works at 1200 pixels wide. As you could guess, the 727 was my fave 😀

Great pics, but it just makes it more frustrating for me as I long to go shooting with my Canon when I see the kind of pics I could be taking. Unfortunatly I don’t live near enough to a decent sized airport. 🙁 Exeter doesn’t have any good spotting locations that I know of anyway…

That Asiana Cargo 747 rotating is my fav 🙂 😉 I’m at college now anyway leaving in about 10 minutes after a two hour exam period! so these fantastic shots loaded within a matter of seconds 😀

And my faves….
1) Had to dodge numerous trees and buldings as this one rotated about a mile away!
2) Pleased with how the sun caught this
3) Great wingflex, surprisingly sharp considering the light conditions and the fact that it rotated a long way down the runway.
4) My fave of the evening. Taken in almost darkness as the sun had gone below the horizon. 1/100 f.6.3 ISO400. Very lucky!
