Not a bad weekend, very wet on the inside !
Village regatta on the Saturday with loads of old wooden boats and fishing smacks, which take as much dedication ( and almost as many £……) to keep afloat as any vintage aeroplane in the air.
Followed by the annual event today which I find I advertise less and less with the passing years 😎
The satisfaction comes with embarrasing the offspring with an even wilder shirt every year 🙂
“Dad…. you can’t possibly wear……….oh sh1t…. he is going to ! ” 😀
