Just a few from five minutes at Newcastle this morning. “Speedbird 164” was diverted from Heathrow last night due to excessive holding. It landed at around 21:30 and “Speedbird 164X” departed this morning at around midday.
Not taken any pictures for a while, the light was brilliant but my editing skills are not quite up to scratch. Any comments are welcome.

Thanks guys. Would have been nice to see the JFK diversion as it appears to be operated by a 744 – not had a jumbo in here for approaching two years now!
Nevertheless was nice to see the 767 this morning.

Great shots mate!
Watched the BA 763 take off from the terminal, she must have been light as she rotated quite early!
We were due to Receive another LHR Diversion in last night, a BA flight from JFK but in the end it went to Dublin.

What I would have given to gone to NCL to go and see that 767 instead of going to town today … on the plus side I did get a ukulele today 😀
