Who is the Mystery Piano Man

Have you heard about the bizarre case where a man was found wandering aimlessly on a beach in southern England, in a wet suit. He’s been in a hospital for six weeks and the police have no clue who he is. He hasn’t uttered a word, and had no form of ID, not even labels in his clothes.

However he dew a very good sketch of a grand piano, so hospital staff took him to a piano just like it. He sat and played classical music like a professional for four hours.

There have been the obvious comparisons between his case ad that of the charcater in Shine, starring Geoffrey Rush.

Does anyone know who he is? (comical guesses welcome!)

Or maybe he was attempting to be the first man to walk around the world?

I read that as he was wearing a “Wet Suit”, not a soaking wet suit, Doh !!!!!

Perhaps he was employed on a cruise liner and the passengers threw him overboard after one rendition of ‘Cuando Cuando’ too many ? 😮

According to that good ol’ rag, The Daily Star, he’s been named as French musician Steven Masson, at least according to a Polish immigrant.

Maybe it’s a publicity stunt to launch an international career for his musical skills?

or maybe a publicity stunt for no apparent reason?

I’d venture to say he is probably autistic, though.

If he can play the piano that good, i say he was “artistic”

The Piano man is obviously Elton John’s estranged son, so distraught over dear old Dad marrying another man that he tried to drown himself but obviously had second thoughts and has now decided not to talk to anyone….

makes sense, does’nt it? 🙂

Makes you wonder if it’s such a great idea to plaster his picture and location all over the place… if he is so agitated and distressed/depressed- perhaps he has a reason not to want to be found…

I’d venture to say he is probably autistic, though.
