There should be a proper organization to complain to when things like this happen, and those responsible for such an insensitive act should be sacked immediately.

And so they should, inconsiderate and in very poor taste to say the least. Still we should not be surprised really as most of us have come to expect things like that from the present shower. I’m no labour supporter but even I will admit this is the worst labour government in my lifetime.
