MOD Security Check's

Hey,
Don’t know if anyone can help, but was wondering if anyone here has had a security check by the Ministry of Defence and knows roughly how long it takes?? I’m guessing 3 or 4 months maybe longer.
Mine got sent of last Monday and was just told to wait for a phone call, for the all clear and joining dates. They wouldn’t say how long when i asked which was abit annoying.
