Corporate Manslaughter

Hi All,

Scottish MSP are reviewing the case for corporate manslaughter, I believe it has just been brought into law down south?

It got me thinking, would, for example the NHS / Government be held responsible if someone died whilst waiting for an operation, e.g if they were not seen within the NHS’ set service level agreement?

I understand if this happened it would only cost the taxpayers more money in order to pay for the defence of the NHS in court.

These politicians are really pissing me off. Anyone up for starting a new Political movement 😡
