Levi's Clothing

I bought myself a new sweater two weeks ago. Quite expensive (80 Euro’s) in a store in the shopping district of Leuven. I (my mum) handwashed it once (!) and it’s already starting to look “fluffy”, falling apart actually. You would expect Levi’s, as a market leader in jeans and clothing, to offer quality-clothing, especially taking into consideration my sweater was expensive. I’m going to bring it back to the store on monday, either way I want my money back. I hate shopping, but if I buy something and I pay a lot for it, i want quality-stuff! I makes me PO 😡

Anyone elsed experienced same problems? I once bought a Hugo Boss sweater, which was actually almost twice as expensive. But I rather have one good sweater which I can wear for years than two pieces of crap I have to bring to the 3rd world container after 4 months.
