My first post to this forum ….
Took a flying trip on 14th July from Cranfield to Sibson, to Conington & back to Cranfield. Left in reasonable weather, but condition deteriorated when we left Sibson, so popped into Conington to see the storm out.

An interesting post with some great shots – nice work Doug.
I’ve flown into Connington a couple of times – a friendly airfield though I got my knuckles wrapped for a wide downwind leg after joining overhead. “A good job there are no longer any B-17s about” said the CFI!
