Garage Door????

I’ve bought a car and I’m going to rebuild it, however I need a garage for that. As it happens my mate has a garage with a faulty door. The cost to fix it is £170 he wants me to foot the bill and in exchange he’ll let me use the garage for a few months.

I need help, I can’t decide what to do. What do you all think???? :confused:
