I was in stupid mode again tonight and missed the Euro Atlantic Tristar landing at Glasgow by one minute, it showed as 1728 on BAA Arrivals but came in 15 minutes early so I didn’t get to the grass bank at Rolls Royce for a long distance shot in time.

What a pity it looked a cracking shot gliding in with sun, I did exactly the same on Sunday missing the evening Karthago 737 but a minute also in sun.

Oh well at least I got something on it leaving empty to Gatwick at 1835 just as the darkest cloud in the sky rolled over the sun, isn’t it always the way when you miss the ideal shot coming in.

Here it is climbing away.

Fred.

Indeed, they also sent that Euro Atlantic Tristar (CS-TEB) into BHX not long back.
