Why assume that the stretcher came from an ambulance and was not carried by the van anyway? The stretcher – if that is what it was – was unoccupied so why put it in an ambulance?

Like the spokesman said on the news, it isn’t the rocket launcher that the Israelis were claiming it was since that apparently takes two men to carry; it does look like a folded stretcher – the guy carrying it doesn’t look particularly troubled by the weight.

Why do you put a strecher in a mini wan and not in one of the
many ambulances that the UN used to evacute civilians and of course
