RE: UFO (Unidentified Flashing Object)

I think you’ve sighted a star, whose light is being diffracted different colours in the atmosphere. I’m afraid all sightings which are explained by common misidenitfication form about 85% of all UF sightings.

Two years ago,at night in July, I saw a very bright purple luminous sphere hovering in a stationary position at an altitude of less than 1500 feet, in very close proximity (less than 1/4mile) to Woodford Aerodrome, in Cheshire.

The same object was apparently sighted by more than 100 people, and it got in the Manchester Evening News.

The sphere stayed stationary for about 20 seconds, before changing bright orange, then purple again, and shrinking very quickly to a tiny sphere which then dissapeared.

Within seconds, myself and oeone of the people I with sightied a second luminous sphere on the near horizon, shining bright orange which dissapeared over the vicinity of Lime Park, Cheshire about 8 seconds later.

I also have another serious UFO sighting from childhood, but I also have about 20 sightings which I later found out were something else, so don’t worry too much about mis-sightings.

When I was 11 years old, driving home with my parents from Bradford, I saw a circle of yellow lights hovering at an altitude of about 150-200 feet over a small school in Bramhall, Cheshire called Nevil Road Primary School.

This is the only one of the two sightings that I consider seeing an actual vehicle, as the first sighting of light spheres may have been unknown atmospheric phenomenon.

Twi.
