Good news for the girls, Increased libido at the touch of a button

Australian women with low libido may soon be able to buy a spray-on drug, with effects similar to a roll-on drug for men with low libido also being developed.
The transdermal spray, which is in a trial stage, is applied to an area of skin on the torso or arm to treat low testosterone in women.
Melbourne drug company Acrux yesterday sold the rights to distribute the spray in Australia and New Zealand and has already signed a deal to have it made and distributed in the US.
The spray is made of testosterone, alcohol and an absorption enhancer, and becomes invisible almost as soon as it is applied.
Acrux chief executive Igor Gonda said he was confident the final stages of the 200-patient trial would be successful and that the drug would be on the Australian and New Zealand markets within three years.
There is no approved therapy for women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder.
